These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CryptoAML.ai, including the website, Telegram bots, and API (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
CryptoAML.ai provides automated AML (Anti-Money Laundering) risk screening for cryptocurrency wallet addresses. The Service checks addresses against public sanctions lists (OFAC SDN, EU, UN, UK), FATF typologies, and on-chain heuristics. Results are informational only and do not constitute legal advice or a guarantee of compliance.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:
The API plan ("API $29/month") gives programmatic access to our screening endpoint. Payments are processed by third-party providers (Creem.io, Whop). Subscriptions renew automatically each month. You may cancel at any time; no refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.
Screening results are based on publicly available data and heuristic analysis. We make no warranty that results are complete, accurate, or up to date. The Service should be used as one layer of a broader compliance programme, not as a sole determination of risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CryptoAML.ai and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service or reliance on screening results. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
All content, algorithms, and source code on CryptoAML.ai are owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or distribute them without written permission.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or abuse the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved by mutual agreement or, where necessary, through competent courts.
