Lines the note needs
Record the address as submitted and the check time. Add the OFAC outcome, the USD balance, the transaction count, total received and total sent. Name a sanctioned party only when the OFAC result names that party.
After a clear result
A clear screen means no OFAC match for that address. It says nothing about third-party blacklists, because none exist for this chain in the check. Review the counterparties on the public ledger before you close the alert.
