Grade the address from evidence you can document, and write the grade in plain words. The address is the key you file under, and the totals from the check give the scale of activity.
What moves the grade
An OFAC match is reason enough to raise it. A large gap between total received and total sent calls for a closer read of the outputs that remain. Heavy transaction counts against a small balance point to funds that moved on. Score only after the transaction list is read.
How the grade is written
Lead with the address and the check time. Put the USD balance and the OFAC result next to the grade. Say which inputs came from the check and which from your own review of the ledger.
